Endoscopic stapler medical equipment, mainly used for gastrointestinal anastomosis. It consists of a gun shaped stapler and an elastic fixing clip, characterized by simple operation, minimal trauma, and fast postoperative recovery. In clinical practice, laparoscopic staplers are widely used in gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastrointestinal anastomosis, intestinal anastomosis, bile duct jejunal end anastomosis, ileal output end anastomosis, rectum right half liver jejunal end to side anastomosis, intestinal segment resection anastomosis, biliary intestinal anastomosis, etc.

The steps to use a laparoscopic stapler are as follows:

1. Mark the pouch coil: Mark the pouch coil in the surgical field and ensure that the center of the coil is aligned with the center of the intestinal tract.

2. Puncture needle purse string suture: Puncture needle purse string suture on the marked purse string coil, close the cavity, and allow the stapler to enter.

3. Placement of endoscopic stapler: Insert the endoscopic stapler into the sutured intestinal lumen from under the endoscope.

4. Trigger the endoscope stapler: Trigger the endoscope stapler and insert the nail anvil into the sidewall of the intestinal tube.

5. Release the nail and anvil: Release the nail and anvil on the opposite side of the mesentery, so that it extends from the side hole of the stapler head.

6. Fixation of the nail and anvil: Use a fixing clip to clamp and fix the nail and anvil on the sidewall of the intestinal tract and the seromuscular layer.

Overall, laparoscopic staplers can greatly shorten surgical time and reduce bleeding, thereby improving the survival rate and quality of life of patients.
