CPAP CLEANER

2024-09-02

The method used for disinfection of CPAP ventilators is commonly referred to as ozone. The ventilator disinfectant is essentially an ozone generator designed for disinfecting CPAP ventilators. The previous disinfectant mainly used lithium batteries instead of ordinary batteries, which can be used for a month after being fully charged (disinfected once a week). At the same time, it uniformly sets the disinfection time at 35 minutes each time, and automatically shuts down after disinfection is completed, without the need to adjust the disinfection time, which is relatively convenient. In addition, the design of the exhaust port has been better integrated with the CPAP ventilator tubing. With such a convenient disinfectant in hand, you can disinfect CPAP ventilators according to your requirements anytime and anywhere.

The reason why there are a large number of bacteria and viruses on the inner wall of CPAP ventilators - irreversible design in product structure

1. The location where most machines extract indoor air is not limited to the air inlet indicated in the manual. The interface or bottom gap of the housing without filter cotton barriers can also allow air intake - bacteria can enter smoothly.

2. In order to minimize noise, a large amount of uncleanable soundproof cotton - bacterial cultivation area - is wrapped around the fan.

3. In order to prevent a large amount of dust from directly entering the air duct, the inlet of the fan in the machine is covered with uncleanable filter cotton - the bacterial culture area.

For the sake of being smaller and lighter, most machines do not separate the air and electrical circuits, allowing bacteria to easily land on warm circuit boards and fan blades - the bacterial breeding bed. Working for a long time before the machine stops will generate heat, and the internal protective layer is too thick, resulting in poor heat dissipation - providing the optimal temperature range for bacterial growth (5 ℃~20 ℃).

5. Usually, the filter cotton provided by ventilator manufacturers can only filter dust and cannot filter bacteria. On the contrary, the accumulation of dust cannot be cleaned - providing bacteria with a large amount of food. Under appropriate conditions, it is conservatively estimated that the number of bacteria will increase by one million times per day (assuming a 16 hour shutdown) because the reproduction rate of bacteria is usually 15-45 minutes per generation.

A large amount of harmful bacteria inside the CPAP ventilator, humidifier, tubing, and mask enter the alveolar tissue and deposit directly through the high-pressure airflow of the CPAP ventilator and air, and then transfer to other organs through the circulatory system, causing serious harm to the human body.

Currently, all disinfection and cleaning methods on the market are focused on external pipelines and face masks, and there are no good suggestions for the machines that are most prone to bacterial and viral infections. The home CPAP ventilator disinfection device uses reactive oxygen species to thoroughly clean and disinfect the interior, solving this problem.

2. The inner diameter of CPAP ventilator tubing is thin and long, and there are areas that cannot be reached by neutral detergent during manual cleaning. If it is soaked in disinfectant, there will be disinfectant residue due to inadequate cleaning. Active oxygen is used to cover every dead corner inside the tubing, thoroughly removing residues and odors.

3. After each use, the CPAP ventilator tubing should be immediately disinfected to prevent contaminated tubing from causing secondary infections. Utilize the timing device on the disinfection host to ensure the maintenance of disinfection gas concentration per unit volume and guarantee the sterilization effect.

4. After each use of the mask and tubing, place them in a disinfection device and use reactive oxygen species to eliminate 99.99% of bacteria, germs, and mold without the need for water or chemicals.

5. Before disinfection, there is no need to remove the mask or tubing, which is very convenient and fast.
